Over the years, NIAM has successfully built a force of efficient and experienced students. The unique combination ensures that the students acquire both strong theoretical base and pragmatic view of the relevance of theory in modern industrial practices.
NIAM continues to develop future human resources equipped with business administration; academic knowledge and On- the-Job Training exposure in the industries to help students combine matchless knowledge, skills and experience. The following divisions of NIAM ensure effective implementation of the activities of the course:
1)In-House-Training Division:
NIAM's In-house training division runs a breathtaking intensive 50 hours program that endeavors to craft the ‘Corporate Personality’ of the student. The program is conducted by eminent Corporate Trainers with rich and exponential training experience at renowned Corporate Houses such as Samsung, LG, Indian Oil, State Trading Corporation of India, Tata Chemicals etc. Their adroit and insightful training style introduces the students to the workings of the corporate world to instill the right attitude managerial skills and proper code of conduct so that they can face the dynamics of business world with ease. Through various psychometric tests the student’s aptitude and personality is scientifically measured and counter productive solutions recommended to them.
In addition to the course academic passion is ignited and sustained, as it resonates students towards their goals and ambition combined with essential life supports such as personality development, business vocabulary, communication skills, interpersonal skills, selling skills, customer orientation, team work, and group dynamics to obliterate shortcomings and create indelible life impressions. To ensure personalized attention the batch size constitutes a maximum of 25-30 students.
2) Training and Placement Division:
Training and Placement Division ensures On-the Job Training to the students. Placements Officers understand and prepare Soft skill training report of each student before placing the student in a selected industry for management training for the next semesters. On the basis of the training report and keeping in mind student interests opening with various Corporate Houses are provided. NIAM's training and placement cell is proud to be associated with more than 1200 corporate houses in the country and ensures smooth and continuous training of the students. The division works through out the year developing corporate relations for the purpose of On- the Job Training for the students from 2nd semester onwards.
3) Academic Division
Academic division comprises eminent educationist and researchers tirelessly working to bring about innovative techniques and methodology for effective teaching and quality education. Students are familiarized with latest case studies of the corporate across the world. The case study method functions as an allegory for a better understanding of managerial skills and divergent thinking. The presence of stellar faculties ensures apt theoretical training combined with the industrial training in the relevant industrial setting. The eminent and experienced faculties add dynamism and flexibility necessary to align students at the forefront of educational change. NIAM has established its two new campuses in NCR at Faridabad and in south at Bangalore with a motive to cater to the ever increasing demand of quality education. The division proposes to start new campuses at other major cities with the aim to offer Industry Integrated Program.
